Using fresh herbs there is no limit. In Agave Azul experiment with citronella, rosemary, thyme and some chiles. The habanero infused in mezcal is a particularly suitable combination.

Take the time

Infusions and macerated are increasingly common in mixology use. To achieve the flavors of herbs and chilies are impregnated, you have to invest a couple of days. In Chile, for example, you have to remove the veins and seeds, leaving the mezcal resting with chilli and keep trying their evolution.

You'll use for frosting vessel in which serve drinks. You can use salt and longer, or you can get creative and explore worm salt or some homemade mixture. Example: jamaica salt (do baking or let it dry until crisp and then mixed with salt).

Follow a recipe

¾ oz of mezcal infused with chilli

1 / oz Young mezcal (mezcal test Bruxo)

1 splash of orange juice

½ oz lemon juice

1/2 oz agave nectar (or agave nectar)

1 oz Width Reyes

In a mixing glass places the ice. Pour the ingredients in order of appearance and waves. Frost a glass worm salt and serve.
