Chocolate brownie and beer
Ingredients
100 g. chocolate (70% cocoa)
110 g. butter
4 eggs
75 g. normal blood sugar
100 g. brown sugar
30 g. cocoa powder
½ teaspoon salt
110 g. flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
120 ml. of stout
100 g. chocolate drops
Preparation
1. Pre-heat the oven to 175 °. Cover the pan with baking paper.
2. Sift the flour and cocoa.
3. Melt the chopped chocolate and butter in microwave on defrost function.
